Scooter LaForge and Alex Bovaird met in the East Village in 2008 and have been painting on clothes together ever since. Kindred spirits who love life, freedom, and weird subcultures, they made special tees for HBO's The White Lotus and decided to commemorate their love of niche parties and clubs with a new edition, “Beanfield,” in honor of the summer festivals. Neither of them like the crowds anymore — been there, done that, now buy the T-shirt!

Scooter's original artwork has been digitized and heat applied as a bright, vivid, super thin, flexible, and durable application. They feel as good as they look, no matter how many washes! Each shirt is available in limited quantities until sold out.

A champion of repurposing garments, LaForge transforms clothing into canvases, creating wearable paintings, intricate collages, and dynamic mixed-media pieces that blur the line between art and attire.
